Founding Partner of DFWPMA
Dr. Tocatjian completed Medical School at St. Joseph’s University. He is certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Disease and the American Board of Internal Medicine. His tenure in both hospital & outpatient speaks to his commitment in providing quality, individualized treatment, and compassionate care. Dr. Tocatjian has great respect for his colleagues and each other’s experience.
Dr. Tocatjian currently holds a position of Medical Director of DFWPMA. Dr. Tocatjian’s leadership within DFWPMA has produced programs such as Controlled Substance Program, Integrated Behavioral Health, and Chronic Disease Programs. These accomplishments offer patients higher standards in care.

Ms. Brandt is an experienced CEO with a demonstrated history of working the hospital healthcare industry. She completed a Masters in Healthcare Administration degree with a concentration in Health Care Management at Baylor University.
Throughout her career, Ms. Brandt has worked in a variety of roles in the healthcare field. These roles have contributed to the dynamic and proven track record of success, leading to an accomplished business leader and CEO.
Ms. Brandt demonstrates a strong passion in bringing healthcare to communities in collaboration with the Physicians and Allied Health Leaders. Together, their visions come to life thus providing positive healthcare outcomes to demographics across counties.
Our co-founders are driven by a passion for patient care and integrity. Launching our multi-specialty organization has been a rewarding opportunity for both the community and physicians.
DFWPMA has grown through mergers with multiple private practices and partnerships with exceptional physicians. Dr. Tocatjian, with over 30 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, plays a key role in leadership and innovation at DFWPMA, driving its success.
In 2020, DFWPMA merged with Frisco Cardiac and Vascular Care (FCVC), significantly expanding its service offerings and geographic reach. This merger brought on board Dr. Sainath Gaddam, a key partner physician, and integrated state-of-the-art interventional cardiac and vascular procedures into the organization’s portfolio. The partnership allowed DFWPMA to enhance its cardiac care capabilities and introduce specialized vascular services, providing patients with comprehensive, cutting-edge treatments for both cardiac and vascular conditions. This strategic merger further strengthened DFWPMA’s commitment to delivering advanced, high-quality care across a broader patient base.
