Dr. Anisha Zaman is a compassionate, community-focused Family Medicine physician with extensive experience in outpatient care and a strong background in primary care procedures, patient education, and preventive health. Moreover, she is deeply committed to fostering meaningful relationships with her patients while promoting long-term wellness.

A proud native of Fort Worth, Texas, Dr. Zaman began her academic journey at Texas Christian University, earning her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. Afterward, she went on to receive her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Ross University School of Medicine, where she developed a strong foundation in clinical medicine and patient-centered care. During this time, she also discovered her passion for preventive medicine and holistic care.

Following her medical education, Dr. Zaman completed her Family Medicine Residency at UAMS North Central in Batesville, Arkansas, where she trained in both outpatient and inpatient settings, including inpatient rehabilitation and hospital services. Through this experience, she gained proficiency in managing care for patients of all ages and became comfortable performing a wide range of clinical procedures. Furthermore, her residency allowed her to strengthen her skills in communication, teamwork, and evidence-based care.

In addition to her professional achievements, Dr. Zaman enjoys a fulfilling personal life. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her Maltipoo, Poppy, dining out with her family, and staying active through morning jogs, gym workouts, and painting. Likewise, she values maintaining a healthy lifestyle and brings that same passion for wellness into her medical practice. As a result, her approach to care emphasizes both prevention and empowerment, encouraging patients to take an active role in their health.
