Mark S. Ruggles, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist and licensed specialist in school psychology with over two decades of experience in psychological assessment, counseling, and leadership across school and clinical settings. He holds a Ph.D. with an emphasis in Pediatric Neuropsychology from Texas Woman’s University, where his research focused on cognitive phenotypes and symptom expression in autism spectrum disorder. 

Dr. Ruggles has served in various roles, including Director of Special Education for multiple Texas school districts, and brings deep expertise in autism, developmental disabilities, crisis response, and interdisciplinary care. He has also taught graduate level courses in areas such as cognitive assessment, psychopharmacology, and neurophysiology. He is passionate about evidence-based practices and collaborating with families to support the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health of children and adolescents.
