Dr. Pauravi Rana is a board-certified psychiatrist with more than 32 years of experience providing comprehensive mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults. She is dedicated to helping patients navigate life’s challenges through individualized, evidence-based treatment that supports long-term emotional wellness.

After discovering her passion for psychiatry during medical school, Dr. Rana chose a career centered on understanding people and helping them achieve meaningful improvements in their mental health. She believes every patient deserves to be heard, understood, and treated as an individual.

Dr. Rana spent 19 years working at a university counseling and mental health center, where she gained extensive experience caring for adolescents, young adults, and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Her clinical approach emphasizes listening first, encouraging patients to openly discuss their concerns, experiences, and goals so treatment can be tailored to their unique needs.

She provides comprehensive psychiatric care through a combination of medication management, patient education, and evidence-based non-medication treatment strategies. Dr. Rana works closely with each patient to develop personalized treatment plans that promote lasting mental wellness and improve overall quality of life.
